Kirsten Harms new Director Human Resources at Hamburg Messe und Congress

Kirsten Harms (54) has been the new Head of Human Resources at Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH since 1 August 2021. In her new position she will lead a team of five and report to CFO Uwe Fischer.

 

She has a Master’s degree in Social Economics. In her most recent position as HR Manager at ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H & Co. KG she was in charge of all HR-related matters of a business unit with more than 300 employees, and headed a project team of up to three. She had previously worked as Director Human Resources at Blue Orbit AG, and as a recruiter at Zobel & Partner International. Kirsten Harms studied Social Sciences with a focus on people leadership and organisational development at Göttingen University.
