A native of Kiel, Spielberg previously held senior roles at long-standing GET NORD exhibitor ESYLUX Deutschland GmbH, where she served as Head of Marketing International and was a member of the executive board with responsibility for trade fairs and events. She also worked at Uponor GmbH—another GET NORD exhibitor—as Vice President Marketing Building Europe. These positions have provided her with deep industry knowledge. Spielberg holds a degree in computer science and succeeds Danny Enwerem, who left Hamburg Messe und Congress on September 30, 2025, at his own request.
